We only ship within the United States and Canada. All shipping to be by US Priority Mail. Free Shipping & Handling for any purchase of $200 or more. Orders under $200 will incur a $12.00 shipping and handling fee. All orders include shipping insurance.

Return Policy:

Kona Moon Designs is dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us via email or telephone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be sure to include the RMA, your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
